Not really feeling too great today. Haven't over stepped my caloric intake, got 30 minutes+ of exercise. But I still feel like crud.
I think I need to overhaul my food. I know I'm not eating junk food. I know I'm not stuffing myself on one particular type of food ... but something is still not right.
I'm looking into the Whole30 program.
Maybe if I'm lucky- I'll find some answers.

Keep it up -- remember that even though the basic premise of weight loss is energy balance (calories in vs calories out), you have to learn to listen to your body and realize which foods upset your stomach, make you feel lethargic, etc. That is highly individual, but it's important.
